Board Reports

There are several report views in the Boards module that can provide summary and analysis.

These reports can be found by clicking the list icon in the top right, as highlighted here:

NOTE: Card Aging Summary is only visible for a single board.

Card Status

This report shows the status of cards (On Track, Overdue, No Date, Total) by assignee.

Card status is shown relative to its due date (if any). The columns are ASSIGNEE, ON TRACK, OVERDUE, NO DATE, and TOTAL. If there are multiple assignees for a card, each gets "credit" for its status, so the sum of the assignee totals will be higher than the total at the bottom, as the total row will not count the same card twice regardless of how many users are assigned.

Card Aging Summary

This report details how long, in average days, cards have been placed in each list to identify lists where things are sitting longer than expected.

Values represent the average # of days cards assigned to the user have been in the list. There are columns for ASSIGNEE, and for each non-endpoint list, as well as ALL CARDS.

Completed Cards

This report shows how many cards have been completed recently and by whom.

With the count of cards that entered an endpoint list during the specified time period, if there are multiple assignees for a card, each gets "credit" for its completion, so the sum of the assignee totals will be higher than the time period total at the bottom. There are columns for ASSIGNEE, 7 DAYS, 30 DAYS, 1 YEAR, and TOTAL.

Card Labels

This report shows a count of card labels being used and most recent use date, which can be helpful in culling unused labels.

The columns, LABEL NAME, BOARD NAME (if viewing the report for Boards Overview), LAST USED BY, LAST USE DATE, and TOTAL USES for card labels can provide valuable insights into your work. By analyzing the labels that are most frequently used, you can gain a better understanding of that which is most important to your organization.
