Edit Project Request

Requests can be edited by the user that submitted the request, as well as others. Workzone will create an automatic system comment in the Comments section for the request when a change has been made, listing the change, the user who made it and the date/time of the change.

To edit details of the project, click on the name of the project request from the main dashboard of Requests. Then click the pencil icon at the top of the request's details tray. Only Associate users will see or be able to edit the Status field. After you have made your edits, click Save Changes.
Changes to the NOTES field for a request can be made directly from the requests dashboard by clicking in that column. When adding/updating notes Workzone automatically send notification emails to subscribed users.
