Email Notification For Folder Or Document
You can send an email notification of folders or documents to Workzone users. The email notification provides them with a direct link to the folder or document. You can opt to do this when you create a document (see Add A New Document) or after loading it.
To send an e-mail notification for a file or folder, click the 3 vertical dots ( ︙ ) to the right of the specific item's row in the Documents area. Click Email link from the drop-down menu. Click on the To button and select recipients by checking the box next to their name, you can also enter an email address. Click the Continue button. Enter additional recipients in the Cc and Bcc rows, and edit the Subject and Optional Comment areas as needed, then click Send.
