Changing A Project’s State

The main Projects area shows only projects that are active. Rather than deleting a project, you can make a project inactive, which will hide it until you are ready to reactivate it.

Click the left checkbox on the title row of the project you would like to deactivate. At the top of the page, click the Update Project State button. From the dropdown, chose Inactive and then click OK.
To make an inactive project active again, from the main Projects area, click the Filters button at the top. Choose the circle for Inactive under the Project State section. Click the APPLY FILTERS button. With the inactive projects now displaying, click the left checkbox on the title row of the project you would like to activate. At the top of the page, click the  Update Project State button. From the dropdown, chose  Inactive and then click  OK.
For tracking purposes, a project can also be marked as Complete (following the same steps above), which removes it from being displayed as an active project, while still allowing use of the project for filtering and reporting.
